When using the Barrel Tumbling Machine 3lb with Metal Polishing Kit, it's essential not to leave the steel shot in a water and Barrelbrite solution for extended periods. This could cause rust. The shot should be removed and stored dry. If the tumbling barrel is not in use for a long time, add 25cc of ammonia or a tablespoon of Barrelbrite to the barrel polishing solution.
