Please ensure that you are running the "unload" function, and that the extruder has heated to the appropriate temperature. If the filament is still difficult to remove, push down on the side mounted level to disengage the extruder's motor. Then gently pull the filament out of the extruder. Also, make sure that the nozzle is not clogged and that the extrusion head is properly heated.
