The PMC Sheet should be fired at 800°C for 30 minutes. Looking at the settings on the Prometheus Programmable Kiln (855 1009), you could use either preset programmes Pr 03 and Pr 05. Alternatively you can use Pr 09 which is a free programme you can enter yourself.
