Different fluxes work at different temperatures, and have particular uses:
- Easy flo - is for low temperature soldering, and therefore best with extra easy, easy and medium solders.
- Tenacity No.5 - higher temperature or prolonged heating, overlaps with easy flo.
- Tenacity 125 - excellent general; purpose flux with a working range of 750-1200 centigrade. Ideal for use with platinum Extra easy and easy solders.
- Auroflux - primarily for use with gold.
