Yes, you could attach drill bits into the handpiece in this product. However, please note that includes the Foredom H.20 Quick Release Handpiece which will only take burrs and drill bits with a 3/32" shank.
To make drilling easier - you may also find the Foredom Precision Drill Press a useful addition.
