Both handpieces have a similar function - the difference is how the burrs or drill bits are tightened.
- The H.20 has a simple quick release lever that allows you to change burrs and drill bits quickly
- The H.30 is a fixed unit where the drill bits would need to be tightened in using a chuck. This often gives a slightly tighter grip around the burr, but obviously takes longer to change burrs.
It would simply be down to job requirements or personal preference as to which unit would be more useful to you.
