These anti-tarnish strips are suitable to be placed within a jewellery box with silver, if the pearls are encased i.e set in a ring or necklace, however it must not touch the pearl. It is recommened not to use with only pearl jewellery i.e full pearl necklace or bracelet because the impregnated chemical, that's in the strip, could damage the pearl.
