This may be the possible cause:
1. Disc may not be securely locked onto the spindle.This may occur during first use of the Backpad disc on the spindle because it is still brand new, i.e. not "broken in".
Solution: Tighten the disc by firmly applying downward pressure while holding the spindle with the opposite hand. It is NOT NECESSARY to overtighten. You should stop when you feel that it is snug on the spindle. Then remove and re-install again. From this point onward, everything should go on smoothly.
Use the above technique for any other Backpads that are affected.
