Please see possible causes and solutions below;
1) Cause: Improperly applied or damaged abrasive, cushion or backpad.
Solution: Remove misaligned/damaged abrasive or cushion from the backpad disc and replace with a new one with true alighnment.
2) Cause: Incompatible accessory/wheel/disc
Solution: Use only original JoolTool accessories
3) Cause: Damage or incompatible spindle
Solution: Replace the spindle with original JoolTool spindle
4) Cause: Damage motor shaft
Solution: Send unit for repair
