Sounds like too much shaft grease has gotten into the handpiece. We advise to take the handpiece off of the shafting and try to clean the end of the handpiece out as much as possible without any solvent. Cotton swabs are good for this purpose. Hang the shaft/sheath straight down into an empty bin and run the machine at full speed for about 15 minutes. This will help any excess grease work its way down the shaft and spin off the shaft. ?
The H.30 handpiece can be turned by hand, but will only spin briefly on its own. It will come to a gentle stop shortly after it is released, that is normal. ?
