In the presence of oxygen and other gases, both oil and grease are hazardous as they can spontaneously ignite and burn.
Standard PTFE tape contains oil and should not be used with gas cylinder valves or regulators.
Please ensure you are using gas-safe tape in conjunction with your Oxygen Concentrator 5 Litre, torch, and other gas devices.
Most lubricants, such as soapy water, are also unsafe to use.
