The most likely and common cause of this issue with the Oxygen Concentrator 5 Litre, is that the nozzle on the torch may be too small to allow sufficient gas flow.
This will cause the symptoms mentioned as, effectively, the gas flow is switched off. To test this, customers should remove the nozzle from their torch completely and then try the oxygen concentrator. It should then operate as expected.
